Deliveries

  1. Orders need to be placed on toptapes.co.uk by 12.30 pm to qualify for the next business day delivery service. This applies to UK Mainland only.
  2. Free UK Mainland delivery applies to orders over £40. Orders below £40 are charged £2.54 for next business day delivery service.
  3. Delivery cost to post codes qualifying as Remote and outside of UK Mainland is £6.98 and will take between 2 and 5 days.
  4. There’s no Saturday collection and business days are Monday to Friday.
  5. Our next business day standard delivery applies to all UK Mainland post codes, as stated by the major courier companies, and excludes remote post codes listed below.
  6. We dispatch orders using various courier companies or Post Office service. The delivery service we use to dispatch your order is decided upon by toptapes.co.uk.
  7. Please note that that a signature will be required upon delivery. Should you not be available at the time of delivery, please provide us with delivery instructions on the checkout page if the goods can be left safely at the property or with the neighbours.

Returns

  1. If you need to return a product purchased from toptapes.co.uk then you have 30 working days to do so. Before returning your goods, please contact us.
  2. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
  3. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
  4. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 48 hours.
  5. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
  6. NB. Return of goods where the cause isn’t the fault of the product: in this case, you’ll need to cover the return courier cost.
